Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or emotional pain or trauma. After time, these blockages can cause illness. In my practice, I help to remove these blocks and get the energy flowing around your body once again.
Having this treatment can help to reduce pain, stress & anxiety, promote deep relaxation & ease within the body and mind.
You, as the client, remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on the treatment bed. I place my hands gently over areas of the body, from head to toes, including your chakra centres. You may feel different sensations as I work, including heat, cold or pins and needles in certain areas. You may see different colours and patterns or bright lights as I work on different areas. You may also experience an emotional release.
This is the shifting of energy blockages and life-force energy freely flowing throughout your body. Some people, however, do not experience any of these sensations, but they still feel the benefits of having Reiki.

I’d love to say this is my night time routine, but I don’t manage to do it as often as I’d like to. We’ll get there.
It’s been the most difficult year so far, and I’m trying to find little moments for self care when I can. I’m finding that even just taking 5 minutes to do something nice for myself can make all the difference.
I’m leaning into facial cupping a lot recently to help release tension & emotions. It makes me feel relaxed & gives a lovely rosey glow.
I’ll be undertaking a professional facial cupping course next month and I’ll be offering this wonderful rejuvenating treatment soon after. It’ll be a beautiful accompaniment to facial reflexology. I’ll give more insight in another post.
